Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

1. Sign in to the RSA Cloud Administration Console with administrator credentials.
2. Enable SSO on the My Page portal by accessing the RSA Cloud Administration Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure it is enabled and protected by two-factor authentication using a Password and Access Policy.
3. On the Applications > Application Catalog page, click on Create From Template.
4. On the Choose Connector Template page, click Select for SAML Direct.
5. On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.
6. In the Connection Profile section, select IdP-initiated option.
7. To provide Service Provider details, select Import Metadata, click the Choose File button, and select the file downloaded from the Service Provider.

8. Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL and Service Provider Entity ID values will be auto filled.
9. Check the SP signs SAML requests checkbox under SAML Request Protection. Click Choose File and upload the certificate.

10. In the SAML Response Protection section, select IdP signs entire SAML response, and download the certificate by clicking Download Certificate.
11. Check the Encrypt Assertion checkbox and click Choose File to upload the certificate downloaded from the service provider.

12. Under the User Identity section, select Show Advanced Configuration, then configure Identifier Type and Property as follows: 
    1. Identifier Type: Auto Detect 
    2. Property: Auto Detect

13. Under the Statement Attribute section, add the following attributes:
    1. First Attribute:
       1. Attribute Name: first name
       2. Attribute Source: Identity Source
       3. Property: givenName
    2. Second Attribute:
       1. Attribute Name: email
       2. Attribute Source: Identity Source
       3. Property: mail
    3. Third Attribute:
       1. Attribute Name: last name
       2. Attribute Source: Identity Source
       3. Property: sn

14. Click Next Step.
15. Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.
16. On the My Applications page, click the Edit dropdown and select Export Metadata to download the metadata.
17. Click Publish Changes to save your settings. After publishing, your application will be enabled for SSO.

Notes

Configure Lucidchart

1. Log in to Lucidchart account using admin credentials.
2. Click Admin in the left pane.

3. Select General from the App integration dropdown menu and click Settings.
4. In the Activation tab, enter your domain name in the Domain field and click Save changes.
5. To add the Identity provider, click Add identity provider and upload the metadata file downloaded from the RSA platform.
6. After uploading the metadata file, all fields will be auto-filled. Click Edit.
7. Enable Assertion encryption and click Save changes.
8. On the Activation tab, scroll to the Download service provider metadata section and click Download metadata to obtain the metadata file.
9. Open the downloaded metafile and manually copy the <ds:x509Certificate> (Signing certificate) from the service provider metadata file. Save this certificate as .pem file for RSA platform configuration.

10. Under the Download encryption certificate section, click Download certificate. This encryption certificate will be used in the RSA configuration.
