Mojo Helpdesk - SAML SSO Agent Configuration - SecurID Access Implementation Guide

This section describes how to integrate SecurID Access with Mojo Helpdesk using a SAML SSO Agent.

Configure SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service

Perform these steps to configure Cloud Authentication Service as an SSO Agent SAML IdP to Mojo Helpdesk.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the Cloud Administration Console and browse to Applications > Application Catalog.

  2. Search for Mojo Helpdesk and click on +Add.

  3. On Basic Information page enter a Name for the application, ie. Mojo Helpdesk Then click on Next Step.

  4. On Connection Profile page.

      1. In Connection URL verify the default setting.

      2. Choose IDP-initiated .

      3. Scroll down to SAML Identity Provider (Issuer) section.

      4. Note the Identity Provider URL and Issuer Entity ID. These values are automatically generated. They may be needed later for the configuration of Mojo Helpdesk.

      5. Click on Generate Cert Bundle, set a a common name for your company certificate. Then click Generate and Download .

      6. Select Choose File and upload the private key from the generated certificate bundle.

      7. Select Choose File and upload the cert from the generated certificate bundle.

      8. Select Include Certificate on Outgoing Assertion .

      9. Scroll down to Service Provider section

      10. Enter the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) Replace <COMPANY_NAME> with that of your instance of Mojo Helpdesk. For example https://rsaready.mojohelpdesk.com/saml/consume .

      11. Enter the Audience (Service Provider Issuer ID) Replace <COMPANY_NAME> with that of your your instance of Mojo Helpdesk.For example rsaready.mojohelpdesk.com .

      12. Scroll down to User Identity section.

      13. Ensure Identifier Type = Email Address, set your Identity Source and Property = mail.

    1. Expand Show Advanced Configuration .

    2. In Attribute Extension section click +ADD . Note Property values may vary configurations.

    3. Add Attribute Name = first_name and Property = givenName.

    4. In Attribute Extension section click +ADD.

    5. Add Attribute Name = last_name and Property = sn.

    6. Click Next Step.

  5. On User Access page select the Access Policy you require. Allow All Authenticated Users is the least restrictive. Click Next Step.

  6. On Portal Display Page.

    1. Select Display in Portal.

    2. Upload an Application Icon if you wish.

    3. Set an Application Tooltip if you wish.

    4. Click on Save and Finish.

  7. Click on Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO. If you make any additional changes to the application configuration you will need to republish.

  8. Browse to Application > My Applications.

  9. Locate newly create application for Mojo Helpdesk.

  10. Click on Down Arrow next to Edit button.

  11. Select Export Metadata. This can also be used to obtain information for the Mojo Helpdesk configuration below.

 

 

Configure Mojo Helpdesk

Perform these steps to integrate Mojo Helpdesk with SecurID Access as a SAML SSO Agent.

Procedure

  1. Sign into Mojo Helpdesk and browse to Admin Settings.

  2. Scroll down to Account Administration section and click on Helpdesk Configuration.

  3. Select ON for the Enable Enterprise Single Sign On.

  4. Select SAML.

  5. In the popup, for Remote Login URL enter the Identity Provider URL from the SecureID configuration above.

  6. In the popup, enter the Certificate fingerprint created from the Identity Provider Certificate. There are several tools online to generate a certificate fingerprint.

  7. Click on Save.

  8. Mojo Helpdesk gives you SP initiated login URL. To get your SP initiated SSO URL click on how to verify link?

Configuration is complete.
