Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

1. Enable My Page SSO by accessing the RSA Cloud Admin Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure it is enabled and protected using two-factor authentication - Password and Access Policy.
2. On the Applications > Application Catalog page, search for OpenVoice and click Add to add connection.
3. On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.
4. In the Connection Profile section, select IdP-initiated option.
5. To provide Service Provider details, select Import Metadata, click the Choose File button, and select the file downloaded from the Service Provider. To download the Default LogMeIn metadata, click the following URL: https://authentication.logmeininc.com/saml/sp
6. Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL, Service Provider Entity ID values, and the SP signs SAML requests check box will be auto populated. Replace the auto populated Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL to OpenVoice specific Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL as below - https://authentication.logmeininc.com/saml/global.openvoice.com/acs
7. In the SAML Response Protection section, select IdP signs assertion within response, and download the certificate by clicking Download Certificate.
8. Under the User Identity section, select Show Advanced Configuration, then configure Identifier Type and Property as follows: 
   1. Identifier Type: Auto Detect 
   2. Property: Auto Detect

9. Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.
10. On the My Applications page, click the Edit dropdown and select Export Metadata to download the metadata.
11. Click Publish Changes to save your settings. After publishing, your application will be enabled for SSO.

Configure OpenVoice

1. Log in to OpenVoice, navigate to Organization center - https://organization.logmeininc.com/
2. From the Email domains tab, click Add a domain.
3. Enter the email domain for which you are enabling SSO in the RSA platform and click Next.
4. Complete the verification instruction and click Verify.
5. Click the Identity provider tab, select Upload SAML metadata file from the dropdown menu, and upload the metadata file downloaded from the RSA platform.
6. Click Save.
