Issue
Attempted to reissue the RSA Registration Manager (RSARM) server SSL certificates through the RSACM administrative interface so that the new certificate was chained to a new trusted CA chain (to be signed by a CA different than the default System CA).  Copied enrollServer.cert from the RSARM installation to the RSACM installation directory at WebServer/ssl/extcerts.

The following error displays when reissuing server SSL certificates in RSA Certificate Manager administrative interface:

Error: "Program Error - XC_XParseRegenerateCertificate: [XrcNOTFOUND] unable to locate requested member or object. Can't create instance of xuda_cert_req object"
Cause
The jurisdiction for the signing CA (chained to a trusted root CA) was configured with the Enforce Profile Definition option enabled.
Resolution
To correct this issue, temporarily disable the Enforce Profile Definition option in the issuing jurisdiction (CA Operations workbench) using the steps below:
  1. View the signing CA.
  2. Configure jurisdiction,
  3. Select Extension Profiles
  4. Uncheck the Enforce Profile Definition option.
  5. Click Save & Exit.
An attempt to reissue the server certificate again should be successful.
