Recommendation

The Appliance Updater tool's December 2023 release will resolve these issues.

  • RSA recommends all appliance customers install the Appliance Updater to ensure that embedded database components are kept current with security updates and patches.
  • This Appliance Updater supports the SecurID Governance and Lifecycle or RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle products which use a RSA provided 19.21.0.0 Oracle database. 
  • Customers can download the Appliance Updater from here. The product documentations and software are available on SecurID Governance and Lifecycle space of RSA Link Community.
