RSA Authentication agent for web not allowing voice mails to be sent to OWA user when enabled

Issue
OWA users do not get voice mails when email login is protected with SecurID. The exchange server is protected with SecurID using RSA Authentication for Web. If SecurID protection is disabled, users can get voicemail messages.
Resolution
1. Click on ECP
2. In middle pane, double-click on Authentication
3, Enable anonymous authentication. (Should already be enabled)
4. Disable Windows authentication.
5. Click on ECP again
6. Double-click the SecurID icon.
7. Click the check-box for Protect, only, (Uncheck for SSO).
8. Click on OWA
9. In middle pane, double-click on Authentication
10. Disable anonymous authentication and Windows authentication.
11. Enable Basic Authentication
12. Click on OWA again.
3. Double-click the SecurID icon.
14. Click the check-box for Protect, only, (Uncheck for SSO).
15. Now, go to the Exchange backend server WebSite.
16. Click on ECP
17. Double-click the SecurID icon.
18. Click the check-box for Protect, only, (Uncheck for SSO). (Ignore any errors that may display.)
19. Click on OWA.
20. Double-click the SecurID icon.
21. Click the check-box for Protect, only, (Uncheck for SSO). (Ignore any errors that may display.)
22. From a command line, issue, IISRESET.
