Summary
RSA has identified an issue where RADIUS authentication failures are observed after IDRs are upgraded to version 12.21.0.0.13. As a result, customers whose IDRs were upgraded to this version as part of the default upgrade on October 5, 2024, are experiencing RADIUS authentication failures. We are currently working to determine the root cause of this issue.
