RSA Customer Advisory: Identity Router (IDR) 12.21.0.0.13
Summary
RSA has identified an issue where RADIUS authentication failures are observed after IDRs are upgraded to version 12.21.0.0.13. As a result, customers whose IDRs were upgraded to this version as part of the default upgrade on October 5, 2024, are experiencing RADIUS authentication failures. We are currently working to determine the root cause of this issue.
Recommended Actions for Customers
If you are experiencing RADIUS authentication failures after your IDR was upgraded to version 12.21.0.0.13 as part of the default upgrade on October 5, 2024, please reboot your IDR to resolve the issue. You may also contact RSA Support for further assistance.Related Articles
