Issue
- Edit a DAG resource via Data Access > Data Resources.
- Pick a resource.
- Click on the Edit button
- Click on the Owner field and select a new owner.
- Run a new collection that will pull in a different owner for resource. The owner field will NOT update to reflect the new owner.
