Resolution
Android 10:
From Android 10 and later, the UUID is used as the HardwareId field instead of the IMEI number.
The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) for GSM is used till API 28.
From API version 29 onwards, the HardwareID value will be UUID.
A new UUID is generated for every new application instance or if the application data is cleared manually.
