Description:
RSA SecurID Software Token for Android provides a one-time password (OTP) software token app that can be installed on Android devices. The app is available at no cost through Google Play.
Below is a summary of what is new in this release:
á App UI enhancement that removes the dependency on the device Menu button. You can now directly tap all of the options that were available previously through the device Menu button.
á Resolves an issue with the app in which the camera on certain Motorola devices could not scan a QR Code.
á Resolves an issue with the app and SDK related to CTF string expiration dates.
á Android OS version 2.2 is no longer supported with this release of the app.
Obtaining RSA SecurID Software Token for Android:
The application is available at no cost through Google Play. To access the application for download, access Google Play on the device and type ""RSA SecurID"" in the search field. RSA partners interested in integrating RSA SecurID software token support into their own Android app can also make use of the RSA SecurID SDK 2.0.4 for Android, available through the RSA Ready Partner Program.
