Record Conflicts Issue when Auto-Generating Findings

Issue

If you use Auto Generated Findings and then save the Questionnaire record a second time (after the Finding is generated) then it will create a duplicate/conflicting Finding record that you will be prompted on. You must accept one of the options. If you just close the Record Conflict statement then you run the risk of orphaning record content.

Resolution

Make sure to close out of the Questionnaire Record after saving the record to generate the Finding. Otherwise, select the proper Findings record in the Conflict.
