Issue
Admins try to register RSA SID700 hardware in Microsoft Entra ID to be used as OATH tokens FAILED.
Resolution
RSA hardware tokens are incompatible with Microsoft Entra's OATH hardware tokens feature. They need either RSA AM (as you import them successfully in the security console) or CAS for this to work. SID700 cannot be imported into EntraID. Microsoft Entra ID doesn't currently support registering RSA SID 700 hardware tokens directly. Entra ID focuses on software-based tokens like OATH for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

As per Microsoft, here are some vendors who have supported OATH tokens for Azure MFA in the cloud:
DeepNet Security
Token2
Yubico (Requires an accessory app.)
