Role Analytics tab under Missing Required Entitlements displays technical roles as global roles in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
In the example below, TechRole1 is a technical-role but the Entitlement Type is shown as a global-role.
In all other places where roles are visible, a technical role is correctly displayed as a technical role.
- When viewing the role (Roles > Roles):
- When adding entitlements to the role: (Roles > Roles > {role name} > Entitlements tab > Add Entitlements button):
- When viewing entitlements belonging to a role: (Roles > Roles > {role name} > Entitlements tab)
