Role Membership Rule Difference Rule fails to run at scheduled time in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

This is a known issue in the following versions:
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0
- SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
Issue
A rule of type "Role Membership Rule Difference" does not run at the normally scheduled time. The rule may resume running normally after the Role changes are committed.
Since the timing of the failure and the edit to the Role may be separated in time, this may appear as a random or intermittent failure of the Rule.
This only affects this one specific Rule type.
