SA 10.4.x : Health & Wellness falsely reporting errors on disks

Issue
Sometimes we can see the Health & Wellness module on SA UI reporting some physical drive problems and when checking the 'Appliance Detail' screen we realize it does not support that.

e.g: Health & Wellness reporting problems on physical disks when the only anomaly is that 2 disks are in an unconfigured state.

Cause
This functions as designed.

The Physical Drive error will be flagged in following cases:

1. Error Count is more than ZERO

2. State is one of 'Unconfigured', 'Rebuild', 'Foreign', 'Offline', 'Failed', 'Missing', 'Unknown'

In this case the drive looks to be Unconfigured and hence the alarm. This alarm is normally updated only when CollectD starts and alarm should be getting cleared once the SMS Restarts

 
Resolution
Restarting the rsa-sms service will clear the warnings on Health & Wellness
  
# service rsa-sms restart
