SAP Concur - SAML My Page SSO Configuration - RSA Ready Implementation Guide
Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service
Perform these steps to configure the RSA Cloud Authentication Service using My Page SSO.Procedure
- Sign in to the RSA Cloud Administration Console with administrator credentials.
- Enable SSO on the My Page portal by accessing the RSA Cloud Administration Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure it is enabled and protected by two-factor authentication using a Password and Access Policy.
- Click Applications > Application Catalog.
- On the Application Catalog page, click Create from Template.
- On the Choose Connector Template dialog box, select SAML Direct.
- On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.
- On the Connection Profile page, choose IdP-initiated.
- To provide the Service Provider details, select Import Metadata and click Choose File.
- Select the file downloaded from the service provider.
Refer to the SAP Concur configuration section below for instructions on how to download the metadata file. - In the Service Provider section, the values for ACS URL and Service Provider Entity ID should be automatically filled.
- In the SAML Response Protection section, choose IdP signs entire SAML response.
- Click Download Certificate to download the certificate.
- Click Show Advanced Configuration and configure Identifier Type and Property under the User Identity section as "Auto Detect" as shown in the following screenshot.
- Click Next Step.
- Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.
- On the My Applications page, click the Edit drop-down menu and select Export Metadata to download the metadata.
- Click Publish Changes. After publishing, your application is now enabled for SSO.
Configure SAP Concur
Perform these steps to configure SAP Concur.Procedure
- Log in to SAP Concur with administrator credentials.
- Navigate to Home > Expense Settings.
- Navigate to Company > Authentication Admin.
- Click Manage Single Sign-On.
- Click Download to download SAP Concur metadata.
- On the IdP metadata section, click Add.
- Provide the Custom IdP Name and click Upload XML File to upload the metadata file downloaded from RSA.
- Click Add Metadata.
