Saleshood - SAML Relying Party Configuration - SecurID Access Implementation Guide

This section describes how to integrate SecurID Access with Saleshood using Relying Party. Relying party uses SAML 2.0 to integrate  SecurID Access as a SAML Identity Provider (IdP) to Saleshood SAML Service Provider (SP).

Configure SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service

Perform these steps to configure Cloud Authentication Service as a relying party SAML IdP to Saleshood .

Procedure

  1. Sign into the Cloud Administration Console and browse to Authentication Clients > Relying Parties and click Add a Relying Party.

  2. On Basic Information page enter a Name for the application, ie. Saleshood Then click on Next Step.

  3. On Authentication page

    1. select the SecurID Access manages all authentication

    2. Select the desired Primary Authentication Method from the dropdown list.

    3. Select the desired policy from the Access Policy for Additional Authentication.

    4. Click Next Step

  4. On Connection Profile page

    1. Enter the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS). This is defined in the Saleshood documentation. For example: https://rsatrial.saleshood.com/auth/saml/callback. Where rsatrial represents the domain of you organization used for your Saleshood instance.

    2. Enter the Service Provider Entity ID This is defined in the Saleshood documentation. For example: https://rsatrial.saleshood.com/auth/saml. Where rsatrial represents the domain of you organization used for your Saleshood instance.

    3. Click on Download Certificate. This certificate will be used in the Saleshood configuration below.

    4. Open Advanced Configuration section.

    5. Add Attribute Name = email address and Property = mail.
    6. Add Attribute Name = first_name and Property = givenName.

    7. Add Attribute Name = last_name and Property = sn.

    8. Note the Entity ID for the Identity Provider this is needed below for the Saleshood configuration

    9. Click on Save and Finish

  5. Click on Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO. If you make any additional changes to the application configuration you will need to republish.

Configure Saleshood

Perform these steps to integrate Saleshood with SecurID Access as a Relying Party SAML SP.

Procedure

Email Saleshood support providing the follwoing information for them to enable SSO.

  1. The Entity ID for the Identity Provider from SecurID Access CAS noted above. For example, https://rsa-blr-pe.auth-demo.securid.com/saml-fe/sso.

  2. The Certificate is the certificate downloaded in the SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service above.

Configuration is complete.
