Product Description: RSA-0010810
Issue
The serial numbers on the boxes used to ship the appliances don’t seem to match the serial numbers on the appliances received.
Resolution
Discovered on the Appliance is a pull out tab.  On this tab are all the serial number stickers.  One is the main one for the appliance itself and others are for components of the appliance.  The main one is blue and it will match the serial number sticker on the outside of the shipping box.
