Issue
Some buttons in "Cloud Authentication Service Configuration" are not worked with Internet Explorer at AM8.5.
  1. Go to System Settings > Cloud Authentication Service Configuration after login Security Console.
  2. If press "<Connect to the Cloud Authentication Service>" or "<Download & Install Identity Router>" or "<Manage Identity Router>", nothing is proceed remain displaying "Processing Request. Please wait...".The message in SC: "Processing Request Please wait"
Resolution
Access with other browser, ex Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.
