Technical/Business Owner of Application/Directory Couldn't edit Groups in SecurID Governance & Lifecycle

This is a known issue in the following versions.

  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.x
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.x
Issue
The Technical/Business Owner of an Application is unable to edit the Groups.  The option dialog box is disabled as shown:

The Technical/Business Owner of a Directory is unable to edit Groups,.  The option dialog box is disabled and the error "Insufficient privileges to view this page" is displayed.

And the below warning in aveksaServer.log, 
12/29/2022 08:23:38.182 WARN  (default task-28) [com.aveksa.gui.pages.PageManager] Authorization failed for pageID=EditUserGroupDialogData user=lastname, firstname

Cause
Ihis occurs because the Business owner of the applications/Directories did not have the required entitlements.
Resolution
This is resolved in the following versions.
 
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P09
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P04
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle 7.6.0
