Issue

The Cancel Pending Requests button under Requests > Pending Submissions is disabled preventing Requests from being cancelled.

This button is disabled regardless of the number of requests in the list and what boxes may be checked or unchecked.

Cause

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-103539.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patches:

Workaround

Open the individual request or requests to be cancelled and use the Cancel button to cancel the request.
