Issue

Note the following example is not a real-life scenario, as the XPath Value is not valid. The point of the example is to illustrate the problem.

The WorkDay Configure Extensible Attributes Xpath Value text box does not allow the input to contain quote characters (").

Press Next then Back or save the collector definition and re-edit the definition. Note that all text defined after the first quote has been dropped.

Cause

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-96455.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle versions and/or patch levels:

Workaround

Avoid the use of quotes in the XPath Value.
