Cause
Resolution
- Ensure the RSA Authentication Manager is locally resolvable. Check forward and reverse lookup with nslookup <fqdn> and nslookup <IP>
- Ensure administrators access Security Console with correct URL, https://<FQDN>/sc or https://<FQDN>:7004/console-ims
- Administrators may need to update the host's file with AM Server entry in the local machine if there is a DNS issue.
