Cause
This is observed when there is a local DNS issue that the Security Domain Dropdown menu is failing to present correctly.
Resolution
  1. Ensure the RSA Authentication Manager is locally resolvable. Check forward and reverse lookup with nslookup <fqdn> and nslookup <IP>
  2. Ensure administrators access Security Console with correct URL, https://<FQDN>/sc or https://<FQDN>:7004/console-ims
  3. Administrators may need to update the host's file with AM Server entry in the local machine if there is a DNS issue.
