Issue
While trying to get a MSI package built to deploy SA SFTP Agent via SCCM. We are having some challenges identifying the silent installations switches.  
Resolution
While the newer SFTP documentation does not discuss the silent installation process, the older guide does and may be used in order to complete the template task used for silent MSI installations.

Page 7 describes the process:

You can use the older documentation to perform the installation of the newer SFTP agent while making the use of the older documentation.
