Issue
When logging out of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, nothing happens. Users are unable to logout.
 
Cause
This is a product defect with the following setting which can be found under the Admin > User Interface > Settings tab.

Resolution
This issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P02. 
 
Workaround
As a workaround try one of the following options:
  • Close the browser window and clear the browser history.

or

  • Enable the option Show confirmation when logging out under Admin > User Interface > Settings tab > Edit to confirm when a user is logging out of the system.
