Issue
The email address associated with an RSA Community account serves as a unique identifier for the user account. As a result, the email address cannot be modified after the account has been created.
Resolution
If your email address is changing, you must create a new RSA Community account using your new email address.
For instructions on creating a new account, refer to the instructions on how to register for an RSA Commnity account.
If you experience any issues creating your new account, contact RSA Support for assistance.
