Affected Versions / Patches
The following patches and versions are affected and no longer accessible for download on myRSA:
- RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle - 7.2.1 P06, P07, P08, P09, P10
- RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle - 7.5.0 P01, P02, P03, P04, P05, P06
- SecurID Governance and Lifecycle - 7.5.2 GA, P01, P02
Summary
SecurID Governance and Lifecycle deployments are affected after an upgrade and migration is performed to one of the above patches/releases when there are Change Request Activities (either Approval or Fulfillment) in the system. After the upgrade and migration, the task details are no longer available, preventing the approver or manual fulfillment from understanding what was requested or what needs to be fulfilled for open Change Requests. Task information is also missing from completed manual Change Request Activities.
Refer to the Knowledgebase Article 000067902 for more details.
