Use Quick Search to View the User Dashboard for a User
You can view a user's authentication data in the User Dashboard by using Quick Search on the Security Console Home page or in the User Dashboard to find the user.
Procedure
On the Security Console Home page or in the User Dashboard, make a selection from the Quick Search drop-down list.
You can search by last name, user alias, or User ID. The User Dashboard also allows you to search for a token by token serial number. If the token is already assigned, the user dashboard is displayed for the user. If the token is not assigned, the SecurID Tokens View page displays.
In the Quick Search field, enter at least three characters to find the user that you want to manage.
(Optional) From the Identity Source drop-down list, select the user’s identity source to filter the search results.
You can search one or more identity sources within your administrative scope. By default, all identity sources are searched.
