"View All" role does not display account and user details for groups.in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

RSA Identity & Governance Administrators with the View All Role are unable to view account and user details that belong to groups on the application  What Access tab.   The same information is visible by the AveksaAdmin.  

The Access shows 0 items for accounts and users associated with the group.

This is a known issue in the following versions.

  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P02
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 GA
Cause
This issue was inadvertently introduced with changes that restrict this information to RSA Identity & Governance Administrators with the Edit All role. 
    Resolution
    This issue is resolved in the following patches.
    • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P12
    • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P05
    • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 GA
    Workaround
    This information is visible if the user is granted the Edit All role.
