RSA Version/Condition: 10.3
Platform: CentOS
O/S Version: 6
Issue
Cannot find kickstart file
copy of uudecode failed
Resolution
In order to do the install via idrac, another version of the iso should be used.
The version recommended is the following: sainstall-10.3.2.6567C-73-dvd.iso
Do request that version from support.
Notes: For example, when doing the install on S4 appliances Packet Decoder, do select the "Install Series III - IV Packet Decoder" menu option not the IV/S.
