Configure RSA Cloud Authentication Service

1. Sign in to the RSA Cloud Administration Console with administrator credentials.
2. Enable SSO on the My Page portal by accessing the RSA Cloud Administration Console > Access > My Page > Single Sign-On (SSO). Ensure it is enabled and protected by two-factor authentication using a Password and Access Policy.                                                             
3. On the Applications > Application Catalog page, search for Zoho and click Add to add the connection.                                                   
4. On the Basic Information page, enter a name for the configuration in the Name field and click Next Step.                                  
5. On the Connection Profile page, click the IdP-initiated option.                                                                                                              
6. Specify the Service Provider details in the following format: 
   1. ACS URL: <Zoho Desk ACS URL>.
   2. Service Provider Entity ID: <Zoho Desk Entity ID>.                                                                                                                                             See the Notes section for instructions on how to obtain the ACS URL and Entity ID.                                                                   
7. In the SAML Response Protection section, click the IdP signs assertion within response.
8. Click Download Certificate. This is required while configuring Zoho Desk.                                                                                         
9. Click Show Advanced Configuration.
10.  Under the User Identity section, configure Identifier Type and Property. For example, Identifier Type: emailAddress and Property: mail.                                                                                                                                                                                                         
11. Click Next Step.
12. Choose your desired Access Policy for this application and click Next Step > Save and Finish.                                               
13. On the My Applications page, click Edit > Export Metadata to download the metadata.                                                             
14. Click Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO.                                                                                                      

Notes

Configure Zoho Desk

1. Sign in to Zoho Desk admin console - https://www.zoho.com/desk/login.html.
2. Click the gear icon and click Help Center.                                                                                                                                               
3. Click User Authentication.                                                                                                                                                                       
4. Provide the following information and click Save.
   1. Remote Login URL: Obtain from the metadata file downloaded from the RSA.
   2. Remote Logout URL: Obtain from the metadata file downloaded from the RSA.
   3. Reset Password URL: Obtain from the metadata file downloaded from the RSA.
   4. Public Key: Upload the Certificate downloaded from RSA.
