RSA SecurID Pool setting in RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web overrides cookie session

Issue
The cookie idle timeout ("Cookies Expire If Not Used Within the Specified Time") setting is set to 60 minutes
The "Cookie Always Expire After the Specified Time" setting is set to 80 minutes
Cookie still expires after 20 minutes
Cause
For Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0, there is a setting in the "RSA SecurID Pool" area (Performance tab --> Idle Timeout --> "Shut down worker processes after being idle for:" (time in minutes) that is set to 20 minutes by default
Resolution
To correct this issue, perform the following steps:
1. Go to Application Pools --> RSA SecurID Pool --> Properties --> Performance tab

2. Under Idle Timeout, set the value "Shut down worker processes after being idle for:" to the desired value
