How to configure RSA SecurID Web Express 1.2 with Sybase SQL server

Issue
Attempting to deploy tokens fails with invalid value for the token serial number field.
- Users request a token
- Admin approves request
- User attempts to activate token
- Activation fails with an error reported in log file: "invalid value" for the token serial number
- Administrator does not have option to deploy unassigned tokens
- User does not have option to enter a token serial number. The field is not writable on the activation page.
Resolution
RSA Security Customer Support will also provide the scripts to be run against the Transaction and Archive Sybase databases to create the appropriate tables.
