How to calculate MD5 of a PEM formatted certificate

MD5 for a certificate calculated using tools, such as OpenSSL, does not match with the MD5 hash that RSA Certificate Manager (RSACM) generates for the same certificate and uses as the DN of the corresponding xuda_certificate object.

NOTE: This tool is not supported by RSA Security
