How to operate RSA Federated Identity Manager (FIM) in specific time zone
RSA Federated Identity Manager (FIM) log entries in event.log file appear pertaining to time zone value configured in platform on which FIM is installed
Resolution
This is expected behavior of RSA Federated Identity Manager (FIM). An enhancement request (RFE 24083) has been filed to add functionality to include a configurable time zone parameter independent of the system time.
