Issue
Error: "No confirmation mail will be sent" appears when approving / refusing / deferring a certificate request in RSA Certificate Manager
Cause
Resolution
1. Go to CA Operation workbench and select your CA
2. Scroll down and select your jurisdiction for which you want email confirmation to be sent, then click Configure
3. From the Sections drop down list, select "Email Notification". From here, you can select to send email when certificates are Approved, Deferred, or Refused, to the requestor of the certificate and/or to the vettor of the certificate. Make sure to click Save when the changes are done.
After this change, all FUTURE certificate requests/approvals will send an email. Any requests or approvals prior to this configuration change are not affected.
