Issue
When issuing a cross-certificate, the administrator updated the default certificate expiry period (for example, changed the year from default 2016 to 2009) before clicking on 'Issue Certificate' button. A certificate is issued, however, the expiration date on the certificate remains 2016 (instead of 2009).
