Issue
RSA Authentication Agent 6.4 installed on a non English Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (e.g. Chinese).

RSA Authentication Agent 6.4 keeps logging messages in the Event Viewer such as the following example:

"The description for Event ID (113) can not be found (in resource ACECLIENT).  Local computer may does not have necessary registration information or DLL file to display information on remote computer.   You may be able to use /AUXSOURCE= to do key word description, check help and support to understand detail information.  The following information is part of the event: Winlogon.exe, UISResCoreCHT.dll"

Apart from logging these messages in the Event Viewer, authentication via the RSA Authentication Agent is not affected.


Cause
The event log error message was being triggered when the code is searching the registry for an executable from a list of possible paths.  So, this is not really an error.
Resolution
A build of the RSA Authentication Agent 6.4 is available to resolve the issue. Any error messages should be logged to a log file for troubleshooting purposes. Please contact RSA Customer Support to obtain this build by quoting the ID number 98608.
