CEE3501S The module C128 was not found
Cause
C128 is the Standard C++ Library DLL. Please ensure that it is in the default search path/link list.
Notes
CEE.SCEELIB is used during the link, and contains the side-deck file for the C Runtime DLL.
The corresponding PDS for the runtime is CEE.SCEERUN
You may need to restore the C128 module from the SMPE Library.
