The reports are not placed according to the date they generated. Rather they are placed according to the data set involved
In the enVision training material
"The reports in this window are organized into time categories based on the data span used to create the report
Referencing the time category, click on a report to display the result in the window "

You have seen your schedule reports being generated, however, it doesn't seems to be placed at the date the report it generated. Rather they seem to be appear in the day before, the week before, or even the month before hand
There isn't a problem to fix, rather we need to understand the concepts behind this. The program is functioned as design
Location of the report is placed according to the time span of the data.
For e.g: If the report is scheduled to collect data for last week, then the report will be placed on the triangle of the previous week
If the report is schedule to collect data from yesterday, then the report will be placed on yesterday
This is opposed to our thinking that the report should be placed on the date it run (e.g: if report is scheduled to run on Tuesday, then it should be placed on the Tuesday)
The justification of the design is driven by showing what sorts of report data are available for viewing on that data time-span. E.g: If a customer wish to look at the data collected by envision on that week, then they can select that week and look at what reports generated that collect data for that week
This is opposed to the emphasise to find out when the reports are generated and try to sort out what sort of data it's collecting
As a demonstration, you can create 4 scheduled reports as follow
- Windows failed login - last week : This is to collect data from last week
- Windows failed logon - daily : This is to collect data from yesterday
- windows failed logon - last hour: This is to collect data from last hour
- Windows failed logon - last month : This is to collect data from last month
You will then see that
1. For the windows failed login - last week, the report is shown on the triangle in the previous week
2. For the windows failed logon - daily, the report is shown on yesterday
3. For the windows failed logon - last hour, the report is shown on the same day
4. For the Windows failed logon - last month, the report is shown on August (last month)
