You see visual C++ runtime error related to pi_ls_packager.exe. You see from Dr. Watson logs there are application exceptions error in related to this

Cause

This can be due to an excessive memory usage of packager, and can be resolve by reducing the number of threads used by packager process

Resolution

See article a45176, "Packager is using excessive memory or you wish to reduce number of packager threads" in an attempt to resolve this problem.

Notes

This issue has being seen previously and reducing the number of threads has shown to stabilize the situation.
