Visual C++ runtime error intermittenly appears on the OS

Intermittently you can see that on the enVision OS, there is a pop up error mentioning "visual c++ error causing the process to end in an unexpected way". You go to the Dr. Watson log and have found that on a regular basis, there is a application exception on the winprocess.exe
