08/10/2001 10:02:47L ACCESS DENIED, multiple auths             cbsace02.cbs.fiserv.
Cause
This is caused by the incorrectly set sdconf.rec file running on the replica server.
Resolution
Edit the sdconf.rec file using Start>Programs>RSA ACE Server>Configuration Management
-  Click on Edit >> and click OK to Reminder msg.
-  Check RSA ACE/Server Identification >> Make sure This server has the correct Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) this should not by just the short name. Use Shift+Tab from the highlighted This Server IP Address field and when the Cursor moves up to the This Server field the name should resolve to the FQDM.
         -  If this fails you will need to check your networking properties (DNS, Wins & Hosts file)
         -  In the hosts file (winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) the entry should be as follows for all replicas on every replica:
IP Addr.  (Tab)     FQDN               (Tab) Host Name
