The previous installation of enVision VAM & Signature Content Update Package was incomplete or incorrectly installed and currently your not able to run the installation again because of the following error message:

Note: the installed version might be different than the above error
The system has detected that the new installation has got the same update number as the previous install.
To fix it we would need to change the update registry key to a lower number and run the install again.

- Login with the MASTER Account to the envision Appliance where you have run the VAM & Signature Content Update
- Click Start, click Run, type regedt32 in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Click the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Network
Intelligence Corp\enVision\Rsa enVision Content update - Roll back the update number in the update subkey to an earlier number then click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
- Restart all NIC services.
- Run the update again.
