Issue
If a person with a valid user name and password has difficulty logging into the system, the individual user should attempt the following steps rectify the situation
Resolution
Clear cookies/cache
Confirm user name and password being used and that password is at least 8 characters long, upper case, lower case letters, a number and a non-alpha character
Open a brand new Internet Explorer browser
Manually type in the URL: https://netview.verid.com/transact or https://netviewcert.verid.com/transact, do not allow URL to out-populate or use a saved favorite
Make sure "Certificate Required" is not checked under the user's profile
