Issue
When going into the Registration Manager, I select an active certificate request. When the pop screen appears, I fill in the required fields, I am not seeing the approve button in the screen. This is with IE9, using Chrome, I see a Close button, but that is it.
Resolution
RCM 6.8 only support ups to IE 8 for Administration.
RCM/RRM 6.9 release, supports IE 9
Your options are:
- Downgrade your browser from IE 9 to IE 8
- use a system with IE 8
- install Firefox 3.6.13
You could also upgrade to RCM/RRM 6.9
