Issue
Using the persistent card-prescence setting in Passage to force logoff of workstation when card is removed.
When a word document or other document is open and the card is pulled the user must respond to prompting on whether to save changes to the file or not. If they cancel out of this they get back to the desktop and are not logged out.
Cause
This is standard windows logout functionality. Logout can not be forced without making an assumption on the intent to save changes to documents or not.
Resolution
You can use the persistent card-prescence setting of locking the workstation to achieve security. The display would successfully lock and could only be opened by the user whom locked it. This would leave any open documents still on the desktop.
