Test Connection to an Identity Source from a Replica

Use the Operations Console on the replica instance to test the connection. If you want to test the connection from the primary instance, see Add an Identity Source.
Before you begin
You must be a Super Admin.
Procedure
On the replica instance, in the Operations Console, click Deployment Configuration > Identity Sources > Manage Existing.
Click the identity source, and select Test Connection from the context menu.
On the Test Connection page, click Test Connection.
If the test fails, verify that all the directory connection settings are correct, and do one of the following:
If the settings are correct, verify that there are no network issues that are causing the failure.
If the settings are not correct, log on to the Operations Console on the primary instance, enter the correct settings, and then log on to the replica instance to test the connection again.
