The RSA® Archer® Issues Management solution provides users with the ability to identify and assign responsibility for the gaps, issues and deficiencies identified by their risk and compliance program. Users document these items in the Findings application, which is preconfigured with relationships to various components of the GRC Platform, including risks, questionnaires, policies and authoritative sources. This solution also contains two applications that enable users to manage their response to identified findings. Remediation Plans allows users to document and assign responsibility for corrective actions that address Findings. Exception Requests allow users to grant temporary acceptance of an identified risk.

RSA Archer Issue Management 4 SP2 is supported on RSA Archer Platform 6.0 and higher. RSA Archer GRC Platform 6.0 is currently available for new, on premises installations.
