The year is in full swing and this quarter’s Archer Exchange introduction of 20 new and updated offerings doesn’t disappoint. Plus, the Archer Exchange team has implemented a new process to gather feedback when updating our most popular app-packs. We are holding monthly working groups to continue providing you with updates and getting your feedback. We’d like to thank those of you that participated in our Working Groups over the last couple of months for your suggestions on improving Archer Exchange offerings.
This quarter, Archer Exchange Technology Partner Archer Experts has introduced their new eDiscovery Management app-pack. As the first eDiscovery offering available on the Archer Exchange, it provides a mechanism for risk managers to organize collections of imported eDiscovery data attributes into projects, perform assessments based on this discovered metadata, and manage findings for the projects. The app-pack enables you to assess your organization’s exposure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Personal Health Information (PHI), financial records, user accounts, or other data categories in a summary dashboard view and track the remediation of data exposure.
The Archer Exchange team has also made improvements to the Archer Exam Management app-pack. In addition to certifying and enhancing the offering to use the latest Archer platform capabilities, the app-pack can auto-generate your organization’s next exam. We have also updated Archer Support Requests, one of our most popular app-packs, to improve the user’s experience with new dashboards and charting and improved performance.
